Requirement

The customer’s objective is to measure the number of in-store visitors going to their branches and to monitor passers-by in front of the shop windows. In particular, they want to measure the impact of implemented digital communication strategies on branch traffic.

The customer's requirements:

  • Remote management and maintenance of the system
  • GDPR compliant system

Visionarea Solution

TOF sensors installed at the branch's entrance and exit gates and laser sensors in the shop window. The physical installation of the sensors was carried out by Visionarea. The sensor is connected to Visionarea's MonitorEyes  cloud. From the cloud, data are exported to Digitouch for integration into the dashboards they have developed for Agos.
